Are you craving an intimate space of reflection, self-awareness, and compassion? Join our Women’s New Year Circle.
We will come together to celebrate our feminine as we practice gentle yoga, do some journaling, exercise our creativity, and connect with ourselves through mindfulness meditation. Our guide will be Chris Klerian, certified yoga and meditation teacher. The session is open to anyone who self-identifies as a woman and is +16 years old.
Space is limited. Please bring your mat, a journal and a pen, a pre-filled water bottle, a blanket and a pillow. Yoga blocks and bolsters will be available at the studio. Wearing layers is recommended.
