Meet with a group of expectant mothers for an hour of yoga designed to guide you through your prenatal journey.
4-week Fall series starts Sunday September 24, October 1, 22 & 29 (No class on October 8th & 15th).
Build confidence while mindfully working with your breath, as you develop your birth plan, exploring poses that will provide you with strength & stability through all the stages of change both you and your growing baby are sharing.
We will work on poses and stretches that help with the management of discomfort and pain as the body develops, as well as prepare you for labor. Flow through various movements adapted for you, with modifications appropriate for each trimester, all with your comfort in mind. Take time at the end of each practice to embrace gratitude, and ease the nervous system further into relaxation, rejuvenating the body and mind for the weeks ahead.
Please obtain medical clearance from your family physician prior to starting any new physical programming, for yoga included, for the safety of yourself and baby, as well as your fellow yoginis!
Spaces are limited in this class, so please register in advance.
Price is for all classes in the series. Option to just drop in for $30+taxes. Please note that series will not run without sufficient registrants.
