Wall yoga is a series of poses done with the use of the wall as a prop. Poses may be done in a supine position, standing or anywhere in between! There will be a variety of Hatha and Yin style poses so be ready to hold the yin poses for 2.5 to 5 minutes.
Students love doing a wall class as it incorporates a whole new aspect of yoga that you can’t usually do in a regular class because of the limited wall space. All levels of students are welcome.
The class is limited to 12 students.
