The Art of Slowing Down

Slowing down, tuning in, taking time to notice yourself & your world is a skill that many of us have lost. Take 2 hours for yourself to connect, feel rebooted & let the world pause.  We’ll move through mindful slow yang flows, blended into longer yin shapes letting the chaos & the tensions slip away. Zen takes over as relaxation settles in during a guided Savasana (yoga nidra) & meditation.

This is an all levels class & those new to practice are most welcome.  Please dress in layers as the energy changes the body will begin to cool.
