Slowing down, tuning in, taking time to notice yourself & your world has become a skill that many of us have lost. As we begin the slide into one of the busiest times of the year, this is the perfect time to take 2 hours for yourself to connect, feel rebooted & let the world pause.
We’ll move through mindful slow yang flows, blended into longer yin shapes letting the chaos & the tensions slip away. Zen takes over as focus, relaxation & refreshed intention settle in during a guided Savasana & meditation.
About this class:
~ This is an all-levels class. Dress in comfortable layers. As the energy changes the body tends to cool.
