A 90-minute Somatic Yoga Experience
Soma Return is a slow, grounding somatic yoga experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and return to a sense of inner steadiness.
When life feels fast, full, or overwhelming, this practice offers a space to pause — to soften out of “doing” mode and reconnect with the part of you that knows how to rest, feel, and simply be.
Through gentle somatic movement, breath, and guided awareness, Soma Return supports the cultivation of a felt sense of safety in the body. This sense of safety allows tension to release, the nervous system to settle, and the mind to quiet — creating space for clarity, presence, and ease.
Rather than pushing or striving, this practice invites a natural letting go. Many students leave feeling more grounded, regulated, open-hearted, and ready to meet life with greater calm and connection.
This is the kind of rest your nervous system has been craving — subtle, nourishing, and deeply restorative.
A space to come home.
A space to reset, and rise again.
