In joining this workshop, you will be supporting two causes that our Mountaingoat Yoga family supports… Cards for Seniors in Isolation and our Gratitude Drive.
ALL funds raised will go towards our Gratitude Drive! Card-making supplies, Treats, Tea and Cacao will be provided… As well as a little gift give-away for all participants!
