Let’s Meet! Come together in group with other soon to be mom’s, for an hour of gentle yoga, designed to guide you through your prenatal journey.

We will go over some important information and resources, as well as yoga precautions on the first day, as well as go over the stages of birth, layers of the pelvic floor, and how to tune into the body through breath work, before and during childbirth.

Taking time for yourself over these precious weeks of babies growth inside, is so important for both of you. Learning some meditation, and restful poses will help in labor, but also can be carried into the future to help with times of stress and restlessness.

We will also go over practical ways to adjust common yoga poses, so you can continue your regular practice safely, and effectively, without causing harm to yourself or baby, keeping hormonal changes in mind.

Please obtain medical clearance from your family physician prior to starting any new physical programming, for the safety of yourself and baby.
