Explore poses that will provide you with strength and stability, allow you to better manage discomfort and pain, preparing you for birth as well as your postpartum recovery, working mindfully with your breath.
Take this time to bond, relax, and enjoy a restful reprieve, as well as time to connect with other moms.
- mom must be cleared by her physician for prenatal exercise
