Our pelvic floor supports so many functions, so whether you are seeking relief from one of the myriad of pelvic floor health challenges (chronic pains related to pelvic floor conditions, incontinence, constipation, diastasis recti, LBP), or want to be proactive in helping strengthen your core, this class is for you!

In this workshop we will go over each layer of the pelvic floor, to better understand the relationships each part plays in the stabilization of the pelvic floor. We will learn about the dynamic relationship between the diaphragm and pelvic floor, and how breath work can help us to optimize strategic exercises toward our toning goals.

In this four week series we will  demystify the Kegel, discussing proper form, and why it may, or may not be right for you, as we learn ways to differentiate muscle layers by way of the breath.

This workshop is perfect both men and women at any stage of life, with any myriad of concerns or curiosity surrounding pelvic floor yoga/therapy and the supporting muscle groups, or who is seeking a practice to compliment their existing therapy. All levels welcome.
