Join Postnatal Yoga Teacher Sarah Griesbach in her signature Mom & Baby Yoga series. This series is mindfully designed to foster growing confidence in dynamic movement and support your healing postpartum body.
Each week, have the option to contribute to a genuine discussion on Motherhood with an inclusive circle of women. Then engage in a strength-based flow as well as lengthening and relaxing poses. Your baby will join you on the mat for gentle movement and sensory fun.
Your baby might cry, sleep, fuss, feed, poop – Rest easy, mama. Do whatever you need to do knowing you are in a safe and relaxed environment.

Previous yoga experience is not necessary.

ABOUT SARAH GRIESBACH
Sarah is the visionary behind Mama Awakened Yoga. Teaching and studying yoga for over a decade; Sarah’s accessible approach and inclusive practice focuses on the union between body, mind and spirit.
Yoga found Sarah after the passing of her mother and completely changed the trajectory of her life in the most profound way. Mothering motherless, overwhelmed, grieving and not at all “zen.” She knew something had to be missing.
Under the guidance of many, Sarah returned to the spiritual practice of yoga, redefined her role as a mother and now uses Motherhood as a mirror for the basic spiritual tenets.
Sarah has the privilege of guiding mothers on the soul-led journey of awakening through womanhood and motherhood by fostering a safe space to feel, move and breathe.
Sarah has lived and shared the gifts of Yoga internationally. She now resides in Ottawa with her family where she teaches at local studios and serves students with her virtual offerings. Her two signature programs include: Yoga for Motherhood & Pregnant + Empowered. A Meditation Coach, Birth Art Facilitator, Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga Teacher.
