Weekly Mindfulness Practices include:
- Meditation (Learn the Four Foundations of Mindfulness)
- Yoga (Gentle, Yin, Restorative, Chair, all levels)
- Group Discussion (Range of relevant topics, determined by participants)
- Relaxation (Savasana, Yoga Nidra, Body Scan, Guided Imagery)
- Meditation, Movement, Connection & Relaxation
A four-week, 8-hour series of workshops facilitated by Cindi Bates, MEd, MA, RYT
