Join Chris, meditation guide, yoga instructor and energy therapist in this 3-part series. We will explore different relaxation and meditation techniques to increase the tools in your mindfulness toolkit. You will leave this series with a better understanding of what works best for you to live a calmer, more centered life any time of the year.
All levels and abilities welcome. Bring your mat, a blanket, a pre-filled water bottle, a journal and a pen. Chairs, bolsters and blocks are available at the studio.
