In this continuation of our “Restore: Pelvic Floor Health & Stability” series, we will take what we have discovered personally in our bodies, and learned about pelvic floor and core anatomy, to the next level.
Harnessing the tool of our breath, (in tandem with more awareness of the pelvic functions), we can confidently begin to create, and work through personalized exercises that will bring you balanced tone at the right level of challenge for your needs.
At this level we can begin to look at correlating areas of tensions that may also need attention, helping to release in your pelvic floor, and core restoration and stability.
This is part two of an optionally continuing series. It is required for you to have completed the Level 1 series, to proceed to this Level 2 series.
