This unique yoga class is designed specifically for kids aged 8-12.
Enjoy a one-hour yoga class to help you strengthen your body, calm your mind and improve your focus.
Learn a series of yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques to nourish your growing body, mind and soul!
No experience necessary.
Each yogi is required to bring their own mat and water bottle.
Last class is a fun glow in the dark celebration so wear white and come prepared to have a tonne of fun!
