This is a registered program that runs for 8 weeks.
Based in Hatha yoga, it is a progressive class with a regular component of poses and breathing exercises that are built upon each week.
The session progresses further by exploring different styles of yoga, the 8 Limbs and the Chakra system as the students become more comfortable and confident in their practice.
A general focus on fun, self-acceptance, confidence, love and gratitude.
Catherine uses humour, stories and dance in her classes. She encourages participation and holds a safe space for Junior Yogis-in-training to let their true selves to shine.
Notes:
- This is for 8-12 year olds
- Registration required.
- Program will be cancelled without minimum amount of participants.
- Program runs every Friday evening from October 4th until November 29th.
- Last class will be a Glow in the Dark Yoga party. Please wear white. Glow paint and sticks as well as snacks will be provided.
