Prepare for spring, (Vasanta Ritu), in this gentle healing flow workshop, centered around the teachings of Ayurvedas applications of yoga for healing, balance, detoxification, and rejuvenation.
In this course we will review the doshas, and help you connect to a more personalized practice, in balance with the changing seasons, and the natural cycles of your own life’s rhythms.
Learn to listen internally, and modify your practice accordingly with greater confidence, in a series of slow flow practices which include healing mudras, and pranayamas tailored to target cleansing meridians to prepare us for the spring season.
This is not a course in herbal medicine, but a practical application of how Ayurveda applies yoga as a healing system, and how to personalize this.
Classes will include complimentary Ayurvedic tea before and after, as well as handouts to take home, a little in class journaling, and the last class will also include an optional cleansing Ayurvedic dinner.
