Feeling stressed or maxed out? This is the class for you! Come and unwind, decompress and find your inner peace. Relax your mind and body. Join this monthly class of meditative inquiry, relaxation and soft yin movement. This class will provide an opportunity to practice different meditation and breath work techniques, which you can then practice in your everyday life.
