Are you feeling helpless about the violence around the world?

Here is something you can actually do:

Join us as we practice Mettā (Loving Kindness) Meditation in a neutral space, free of politics or sides.

For 30 minutes, we come together to, collectively, send love and light to our human siblings who are caught up in conflict. We sit and meditate together. We elevate our vibration and find unity as a community.

By donation for local charities: DIFD & The Barrhaven Food Cupboard. CASH only please. No food items.
