Tanya guides this slow practice of surrender, grounding & relaxation for the mind, body & soul. 70 minutes of warm supported yin, 45 min of yoga nidra, with essential oils dispersed into the studio to unwind & centre the spirit leaving you to drift on cloud nine.

Yin is a deep, nurturing practice, opening the body by targeting the connective tissues. Poses are held in stillness for 3-5 minutes followed by a long luxurious pause (rebound).
Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice also known as yogic sleep or sleep with awareness. It is intended to induce full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness.
