Yin yoga is a slow paced style of yoga with asanas (poses) that are held for longer periods of time. Yin postures apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body such as the tendons, fascia, and ligaments, with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
This special workshop will help you relax and unwind through soft yin poses done in a warm room.
