Why roll out on therapy balls?
Muscle pain can often be attributed to overuse, underuse and misuse. Layers of fascia can become tight and contribute to this. The use of therapy balls can relieve tension in fascia and muscles, increase range of motion, energy and breath. Learn ways to reduce the knots of tension and free yourself for greater movement with less discomfort on and off your yoga mat.
