2 HOUR WORKSHOP TO RELIEVE MUSCLE TENSION AND CREATE FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT
Muscle pain can often be attributed to overuse, underuse and misuse. Layers of fascia can become tight and contribute to this pain and limited mobility. The use of therapy balls can relieve tension in fascia and muscles, increase range of motion, energy and breath. This practical workshop will address tension and, “Knots,” throughout tissues in the body in order to support greater movement range with less discomfort on and off your yoga mat.
