Enjoy an hour of playful movement & engaging activities with baby in a series designed for postpartum recovery, mobility, strenght, and relaxation.
Classes will progress through stimulating poses and pelvic floor stability, all while working with the breath. Finishing with some gentle massage for baby and light meditation for parent, helping you relax and recharge, making sleep come more easily for both.
Opportunity for discussion & sharing on any areas of concern to parenting life. While classes are designed with mom in mind, many exercises are accessible for everyone’s benefit, so partner’s are welcome to join as well.
- Head-holders to crawlers (6-weeks to 9 months).
- Mom & baby need to be cleared by their physician to participate.
- Waiver must be signed.
