Welcome to Baby & Me Yoga!
Whether you are new to yoga, or returning, these classes are a wonderful space for yourself, baby, and fellow parents to connect, share stories and make lasting friendships.
We create a space where you can ease back into your practice, learn yoga for the first time, without concerns about a break to feed, change, or tend to baby, because everyone in the room is a mom too!! Heck, if you are short on wipes, just ask the person next to you!!
The classes are planned to work with the flow of the moment we are in, just like real life. Learning to adapt to the changes we are experiencing as new parents and what our baby is going through in their development.
Having studied Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga as well as Baby Massage, followed by Pelvic Floor Yoga for all genders, I approach my classes with a blend of dynamic poses, breath-work, education, recovery stretches and strengthening progression, with some focus on diastases recti recovery as well as direction in balancing the pelvic floor.
For your convenience, the classes are offered both in studio, and on-line, as an option to accommodate you, and the times we live in.
Please seek medical clearance from your doctor for both yourself and baby to participate in yoga classes before registration. Babies aged 6 weeks to 12 months.
