For our body to become more flexible, we need our muscles on both sides of a joint to be strong in that position. This signals to our nervous system that this is a “safe” position to allow us to go deeper.
Passive stretching is only part of the equation, we must also learn how to strengthen the muscles to support the range of motion. This workshop is designed to equip you with drills to safely support your splits journey.
