I was originally drawn to yoga for physical benefits of the practice however I quickly began to understand the profound impact the practice had for me emotionally and spiritually. I took my first class here at MGY in 2007 and was so in love with the practice and this community that I knew yoga would become an integral part of my life. I began a daily practice of yoga and meditation for over a decade before I decided to complete my 200-hour Hatha yoga teacher training at Prana Shanti in 2020.
I have a passion for learning and will forever be a student. I am currently enrolled in oncology yoga and chair yoga.
My intention is to create a safe, nurturing space where every student feels supported, comfortable, and accepted. Students are encouraged to practice self-compassion through the awareness of the mind, body, and breath connection. Looking forward to practicing with you!
