Tanya

Tanya is perfectly imperfect.

She was first introduced to yoga 20+ years ago when ‘hot yoga’ was popping up everywhere.  She immediately fell in love with the mental and physical benefits of the practice.  This love led her to eventually embark on her 200 hour certification in 2019.  From her teacher training, Tanya’s appreciation for yoga has deepened to incorporate an emotional and spiritual practice as well.

Her mantra is ‘practice makes progress’ and has a thirst for knowledge. Tanya will guide you in class through breath and movement with a focus on alignment to awaken your heart with the tools you need to listen to your body.

She is inspired and honoured to be a part of the MGY community.
