Yoga has been part of Su’s life since the day she took her first yoga class in 2000.
In the beginning, she did yoga for the physical benefits, but she soon discovered that yoga brought mental and emotional clarity to her life. Yoga became a constant presence in Su’s life, regardless of whatever else is happening. Yoga helped Su find peace in the chaos of her life. Finally, thirsting to learn more about yoga, she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2009.
In her classes, Su tries to create safe, friendly and accepting settings for her students to challenge themselves, explore and experiment with poses, and have fun.
