To her practicing Yoga is taking time for yourself, it is the best way to release your mind and body and taking daily visits to your mat is something you should reward yourself with – you deserve it! With a strong Dance/Choreography background Lisa loves practicing & teaching with an uplifting soundtrack, enabling herself and her students to let go and she will encourage you to go with the flow, listen wisely to your own body and let the rhythm of music help guide your breath through your practice!
