Yoga has been an incredible part of my life for years both taking classes and teaching. Originally I was drawn to the athleticism of “power yoga” and wanted really nice arms! but after several classes I realized that my nagging lower back pain was going away, my core was stronger than ever, I had more balance and stability, it was sacred time to myself and I am able to breath better in times of stress. Emotionally and physically I was healthier and at the end of a class I was relaxed but energized at the same time.

My approach to teaching is pretty practical and I enjoy guiding people in a practice that makes sense to them.
