The first yoga class I ever attended was in 2006, here at Mountaingoat Yoga. I was immediately hooked. What began as a way to exercise and increase flexibility soon became one of my most significant forms of self-development and spiritual practice. I experience yoga as a ‘moving meditation’, wherein I’m intending towards presence, equanimity, and self-compassion while on the mat, then attempting to translate these states into the rest of my life.

Yoga has brought benefits and healing to every aspect of my life. My hope is for the same to be true for you. It is my pleasure and honour to guide you through this practice.
