Jacqueline first discovered yoga in 2011 as a way to cope with a stressful job. Yoga then brought a sense of serenity as she navigated a busy life and 3 young children. Yoga offered her a sanctuary to calm her mind while offering her body the movement it craved. She appreciates how yoga is adaptable to meet individual everyday needs and has seen firsthand the many physical, mental, and emotional benefits that a regular yoga practice can offer.
In addition to completing her 200-hour Hatha yoga teacher training in 2022 and her 40-hour Yin teacher training in 2023, Jacqueline also has a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Jacqueline hopes to combine her knowledge of occupational therapy and yoga together to help people of all ages and abilities discover that yoga truly is for everybody!
