My yoga journey began in fits and starts over 15 years ago, when I was exploring ways to integrate exercise and a busy family-work life. Since then, yoga has become more than just another form of physical activity — it is a precious gift of time to nourish mind and body. I have been teaching since 2007 and it has become a way to give back to my community. My teaching mission is to help students feel better than when they arrived to class. My classes offer variety and challenges suited to each student, and a space to be more present and in the moment. In yoga I have found gratitude for every day lived in health, and for everything I learn on my mat and from my students. I completed my 200-hour Power Yoga teacher training with MountainGoat and am also a certified fitness instructor.
