After dealing with a chronic pain condition for over a year, I took my first yoga class in 2008. It was challenging. As cliché as this sounds, it was also life changing. Knowing the benefits of yoga that I have experienced; it was important for me to share the healing power of this practice. I have been sharing this amazing practice through local classes, yoga retreats and vacation destinations since 2011. Yoga is a moving meditation beyond the physical practice, allowing us to quiet the mental chatter so we can enjoy life in a mindful way. When we are focused on our breath, we create an opportunity for a mental vacation no matter where we are. I am an eclectic teacher who teaches from the heart, merging different yoga styles to provide you with a fun and positive experience. Let’s breathe and move together!
