My yoga journey started with MountainGoat Yoga fifteen years ago. Not knowing what to expect, I quickly realized the mental, spiritual and physical benefits of practicing yoga.
I learned that giving yourself the gift of time on your mat, allows you to regroup, reenergize and reflect.
Having recently completed the 200 hour YTT at Prana Shanti Yoga Centre, it is clear that this is just the beginning of my yoga journey. There is always something “new” to learn in this 5,000 year-old practice.
