I first came to the mat in 2004.  After a few months of regular practice I not only began to feel fit, strong and flexible but also noticed improvements in my sleep and was able to maintain focus and a light heart in my daily activities.

In 2010, I completed yoga teacher training (RYT) and have become passionate about helping others become the best version of themselves through a regular yoga practice including poses, breathing exercises, meditation and compassion.
