Barbara loves teaching and sharing yoga experiences with her students.  She became a certified yoga instructor in 2009 and continues to broaden her knowledge and enhance her abilities through additional training and workshops.  She weaves insights gained from her Yin, Restorative, Yoga therapy and Meditation training into her classes.  She believes that yoga is for everyone no matter what age and ability.  Her classes emphasize presence, inner focus, concentration, safe alignment, building strength and flexibility in body and mind expanding beyond perceived or actual limitations. She encourages her students to explore and appreciate their uniqueness with an open heart through individual exploration of yoga postures and pranayama (breath).  So smile, take a deep breath and join Barbara in exploring your own yoga journey!
