Free Online Classes

MountainGoat Yoga is offering FREE LIVE online yoga classes.

We are hoping to be back in studio on Saturday May 22, but until then we’ve put together a schedule for live online classes and you are welcome to join us through our new secure virtual meeting room (VMR). Only 100 participants can join this live class so make sure you are ready to go when doors open 5 minutes before class start time.

When you sign in please add your first name to the virtual class. It is so nice to be able to say hello.

Please be courteous and arrive on time. Doors will be open five minutes before class starts and will be locked at class start time. Have props ready to make your practice more enjoyable. Pillows, bolsters, blankets, blocks, sweaters and socks can make a huge difference. Our hope is to recreate that warm & welcoming feeling that you have come to expect at the studio. We want your practice to be a joyous experience.
