Meditation Series: Inner Peace for a New Year

A new year is here, and with it comes an opportunity to integrate a new self-care habit into your life. We invite you to be kind and compassionate to yourself, to foster inner peace as a foundation for all that is to come. You may not be able to change what happens around you, but you can definitely take control of how you react to it.
Join Chris Klerian, meditation guide, yoga instructor, and energy therapist, in this 4-part series. We will explore different relaxation and meditation techniques to increase the tools in your mindfulness toolkit. You will leave this series with a better understanding of what works best for you to live a calmer, more centered life any time of the year.
All levels and abilities welcome. Bring your mat, a blanket, a pre-filled water bottle, a journal, and a pen. Chairs, bolsters, and blocks are available at the studio.
