Mid-Week Meditation & Hatha/Yin

Hump Day’ just got better!! ‘Enjoy this mid-week Hatha/Yin offering at 6pm, BUT get some extra grounding!! A brief Meditation will be added to this class. You’ll still experience a combination of Yang and Yin poses, but you’ll also get the benefits of a guided meditation. ‘Come and get cozy in our candlelit studio every Wednesday and allow the body to reset and restore. Eye Pillows and ALL levels welcome.
