Hatha/Yin

Yoga therapy for your body. Experience a combination of Yang and Yin poses in this class. The more active Yang poses in the first half of the class to work on strength with more time dedicated to technique and alignment. The 2nd half is dedicated to the more restorative Yin style of poses; stretching and relaxing the specific muscles that were targeted in the class. All classes work on a specific theme or muscle group/function. This is a specialty class where common problem areas are addressed. Props are always used to support the body and modifications are always encouraged. All levels welcome.
