Gentle Hatha/Yin

Experience a combination of Yang and Yin poses in this class. The more active Yang poses in the first half of the class will focus on strength with more time dedicated to technique and alignment. The 2nd half is dedicated to the more restorative Yin style of poses; stretching and relaxing the specific muscles that were targeted in the class. All classes work on a specific theme or muscle group/function. Props are always used to support the body and modifications are encouraged. The instructor will also incorporate basalt, hot stones to be self-administered to allow even deeper relaxation. All levels welcome.
