What is Qi Gong?
Qi Gong (Chi-gong) is a gentle exercise that is over 4000 years old. Qi Gong uses movement, postures, breath and meditation to build a strong body, a calm, clear mind and an open heart.

Qi Gong is the art and science of energy healing.

Qi is the animated power that flows through all living beings. That same energy that flows through the cosmos also flows through the human body. 

Gong means work/skill/practice, together it means to work with life’s energy,  learning how to control the flow and distribution of Qi, to improve the health and harmony of mind and body.

Qi Gong is a holistic system of self healing exercises and meditation.  It is an ancient  evolving practice that involves moving and standing postures, self massage, breathing techniques and focused intentions. Through these various methods, Qi is accumulated and stored in the body, like filling a reservoir. 

The goal of the practice is to remove the old stagnant Qi and replace it with fresh flowing Qi.

It is designed to work less, stress less while acquiring more energy. 

No equipment is required.
