This class will take you through a journey of fire and ice as you review familiar, and new Pranayamas (breathing practices), Asanas (postures), and Mudras (hand gestures), in a unique Yin meet Yawn flow. Beginning with guided meditation, brief walk through, and practice of breathing mechanics, this restorative practice then flows into slow movement incorporating Pranayama, and accompanying, or free-standing Mudras as we engage with the gift of breath.
