Yoga Pose alignment Pop-up class

A one-hour explorative class designed to give you more insight on all the yoga poses. Come with your questions.

This is an informal class. We will take 5-10 minutes to warm up the body with basic movements then dive right into a workshop based class discussing aligned of poses you may be struggling with, which ones you are unsure of, discussing alternate modifications, what the poses should feel like and look like in your body.

Come with a smile, your curiosity  and prepare to have fun!!
