Wall Yoga

Wall Yoga is a series of poses done with the use of the wall as a prop. Poses may be done in a supine position, standing or anywhere in between! There will be a variety of Hatha and Yin style poses so be ready to hold the yin poses for 2.5–5 minutes. My students love doing a wall class as it incorporates a whole new aspect of yoga that you can’t usually do in a regular class

because of the limited wall space. All levels of students are welcome but the class is limited to 12 students.

Cost: $20 +HST (prepayment required for this class
due to limited amount of space).
