Pranayama is an extremely powerful and beneficial practice; it has been described as the gateway to the higher realms of yoga. Come explore the diverse range of breathing and concentration techniques that help to promote radiant health, calm the mind and develop skills that facilitate meditation!
As there are so many different breathing exercises, we will be offering two sessions to maximise the benefit to you. There will likely be some physical movement, so please dress in appropriate yoga gear. A journal and pen may also be useful to bring along, for taking notes.
