Weekly Mindfulness Practices include:

  • Meditation (Learn the Four Foundations of Mindfulness)
  • Yoga (Gentle, Yin, Restorative, Chair, all levels)
  • Group Discussion (Range of relevant topics, determined by participants)
  • Relaxation (Savasana, Yoga Nidra, Body Scan, Guided Imagery)
  • Meditation, Movement, Connection & Relaxation
