Always wondered about Meditation? Tried it but thought you were doing it wrong or it’s just too difficult? We’ll discuss what meditation is, why it’s a practice you want and need in your life and how it’s something that everyone can do. We’ll explore ways to structure your body, work with your breath, the basic elements of mindfulness and practice different types of meditation. Bring your questions & a willingness to try something new.
